Paul J. Toti Land Surveying is a Professional Corporation located in the Town of Gatesville NC. Originally founded in 2004 and in operation through 2011 when the company was purchased by Bowman Consulting Group, a Chantilly VA Company. In late 2014 the decision was made to re-open Paul J. Toti Land Surveying.  PTLS has an every day service area which includes Gates, Hertford, Bertie, Chowan, Camden, Perquimans, Pasquotank and Martin Counties; as well as the Outer Banks of North Carolina. Our service area also includes South Eastern Virginia. PTLS will always consider projects outside of the above mentioned area if it makes sense for all parties involved.

Our project list covers a wide spectrum of experience. We take great pride in working with the first time land/home buyer who needs the advice and direction to make their first experience a good one. We  enjoy the return business of several savvy farmers and investors .The challenge of construction layout projects ranging from the small site build up to multi million dollar commercial / industrial projects and last but not least topographic or design support survey work is or specialty.

The Price and Process

 We go to great lengths to understand the needs of our clients prior to offering a price estimate for the work. Please call or email us with your project details (property address, current owner, reason for survey, your contact information, and the time frame for delivery) and we will get you a written or verbal proposal once our preliminary research is completed.

Payment

Payment is expected when product is delivered for all local clients . Long distance clients may require different payment arrangements.

Down Payment

We often request a down payment on large projects to help with operating expenses while survey is being performed.
